BFL Terms, Release, & Waiver of Liability

By checking the box and signing below, you indicate your acceptance. This serves as proof that you have read and accepted the terms outlined herein. Refusal to accept this document prevents your participation in the Boston Fall League (BFL).

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities of the BFL in any capacity, I understand that participating in baseball carries the risk of serious personal injury. I hereby assume all risks and unconditionally release, indemnify, and hold harmless the BFL, even in cases of negligence.

I acknowledge that this release is a prerequisite for participation. By signing, I agree to the terms and the league's rules and code of conduct.

I further understand that typing my name below constitutes a legally binding electronic signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature, in accordance with applicable electronic signature laws, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
