BBA Terms, Release, & Waiver of Liability

By checking the box and signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms outlined herein. Refusal to accept this document will prevent your participation in the Boston Baseball Association (BBA).

In consideration of being allowed to participate in BBA activities, I understand that playing baseball involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or even death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the BBA from any liabilities, claims, or actions resulting from injuries sustained during my participation, regardless of negligence.

I understand that this release is a requirement for my participation. By signing, I also agree to adhere to the league's rules and code of conduct.

I acknowledge that typing my name below serves as my electronic signature, which is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature under applicable laws, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
